Product Range - End Fixing COLLAR TYPE 1 This type of collar is used generally for fixing ram/screw thread covers. The collar can be made to suit the outside diameter of the cylinder or screw lead collar etc., it is usually secured by means of worm drive clips which can be encapsulated, which prevents the bellow slipping from under the clip.
COLLAR TYPE 2 This type of collar is used in the same application as type 1. The internal dimension can be made to any size, and is not restricted to the bellows outside dimension. Similarly to collar 1 the worm drive fixing clip can be encapsulated.
FLANGE TYPE 3 Flange type fixings can be manufactured with double thickness material common to the bellows, or with a backing ring from PVC or mild steel.
FLANGE TYPE 4 This type of flange allows for internal fixing only and can be manufactured with the same options as the above flange type.
EXTENDED FLANGE TYPE 5 An extended flange fixing allows easier access to the fixing bolts and again is available with double thickness flange or backing plates.
